This therapist assessment was used for several different matching criteria in TMatch. Its purpose was to try to assess therapists' emphasis on longer term therapy (as opposed to therapy that is intended to last only a relatively few sessions). I created this assessment from scratch since I could not find any equivalent assessment instrument in the literature. The criteria for which this assessment was used were matching based on client problem complexity and social support, client anaclitic versus introjective dimensions, client Neuroticism (part of 5-Factor Personality assessment), and client attachment style.
